If you require a paternity test before birth, Endeavor DNA Laboratories offers both DNA testing by Amniocentesis or CVS. We do not offer a non-invasive prenatal paternity testing at this time.

Amniocentesis or CVS– Paternity testing can be performed by obtaining fetal DNA through either amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling (CVS). Both will require participation of your OBGYN. While this method produces accurate results, these medical procedures do present a risk of miscarriage.

Non-invasive– Instead of using amniotic fluid or CVS, this procedure requires a blood sample from the mother and alleged father. We are accurately determine paternity by testing fetal DNA that is present in the mother’s blood stream after the 8th week of pregnancy. We do not offer this type of prenatal test.

Court admissible DNA testing requires strict sample collection procedures and stringent documentation requirements. Results Delivery

Our lab will carefully analyze your samples, prepare the results and deliver the final report via the email provided on the checkout form. At Endeavor DNA, your privacy is important to us. While our court admissible tests are used as evidence during legal proceedings, we strive to maintain your privacy as much as possible. Results will be available approximately 5 business days after lab receives DNA samples.
